Short version
- We don't set tracking cookies on this website.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-respecting, cookie-free measurement tool that doesn't track individual visitors.
- If you fill out the fit-call intake form, we collect the information you type into it so we can respond to you.
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.

What we collect and why
Website visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people find and use this website in aggregate — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from geographically, and how the site performs technically. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individuals across sessions or sites. It reports anonymous, aggregated statistics only.
Fit-call intake form
If you submit the intake form on the Book a Fit Call page, the information you provide is collected by the form and sent to us. That typically includes your name, email address, business name, and a description of what you're trying to accomplish. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we engage, to deliver services to you.
The intake form is currently embedded via Notion, which processes and stores the submissions under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Notion's privacy policy if you want the full picture of how that data is handled in transit.
Email correspondence
If you email us directly (e.g., hello@quietdelta.ai), we receive and store that correspondence in our email provider. We use it to reply and to keep a record of conversations we've had with prospective or current clients.
How long we keep it
- Website analytics: Aggregated only — we don't retain individual visit records.
- Intake form submissions: We retain these for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond to your inquiry or continue a conversation with you. If nothing comes of an inquiry and you'd like your record deleted, just ask.
- Client engagement data: We retain engagement records (contracts, invoices, project documentation) as required by law and for legitimate business purposes, typically 7 years.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business — for example, our email provider, our accounting provider, and the intake form platform described above — and only to the extent required for them to provide their service.
We never train AI models on client data, and we do not share client data with any AI or analytics service that would use it for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information (subject to legitimate retention obligations).
- Stop using your information for any further communication.
Email hello@quietdelta.ai and we'll handle your request within a reasonable timeframe — usually within 14 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify existing clients directly.
